How long do you keep inactive accounts?
According to our Terms of Agreement, we keep accounts stored in our database for up to 120 days with no activity and then remove them. Inactive accounts are those accounts which have not been accessed via the secure section within the specified amount of time. Our site maintenance includes removing old/inactive sites that are no longer in use.
