Why can't visitors vote on my quiz or poll?
All polls and quizzes operate the same. Visitors are only allowed to vote once per machine (or network) per quiz/poll. If a visitor has dialup, they may need to try again as their connection may flag a poll or quiz into thinking that they have already voted.
Visitors who are at a work place or at home using broadband may not be able to vote if someone has already voted from that network because the network may not be unique across all machines. Simply put, your home location most likely will count as one vote no matter how many machines you have.
